Do you stock wheels?
Sunray’s wheels and rollers are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. We keep the materials to make your wheels on-hand which enables us to make your wheels and rollers quickly.

Can you balance wheels to a specific RPM?
Yes. Sunray can balance your wheels to meet your specifications.

Can you meet ASTM or ISO requirements?
Yes. Sunray can manufacture your parts to meet specified ASTM or ISO requirements.

Can your wheels be submerged in water (other liquid)?
Yes. Sunray offers specific polyurethane formulations to meet liquid contact or submergence requirements.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Contact our sales staff for your specific discount.

Does polyurethane color affect the usage of the wheel?
Typically no. However, we recommend a dark pigment (i.e. black) when our polyurethanes are exposed to UV radiation. Note that all of Sunray’s pigments are non-marking.

How is the polyurethane attached to the metal core?
Sunray chemically bonds our polyurethanes to the substrate during the casting phase. We can also mechanically bond your polyurethane if the application warrants.

Can you make odd shapes / sizes?
Yes. Our on-site CNC milling capabilities enables us to manufacture molds and tooling to produce your odd shaped or sized part.

Does your pricing include shipping?
No. Freight charges are calculated at the time of shipment.

Can you ship using my UPS/FedEx account?
Yes. We’ll gladly ship via your preferred method using your account number.

Do you have a minimum order size / dollar amount?
Sunray’s order minimums are: New/Complete products $100.00 USD Recovered/Refurbished products $50.00 There is no quantity minimum.

Can you ship to an individual (non-corporation)?
Yes.

Expediting options available?
Yes. Sunray can offer rush and emergency services to our customers. Contact our sales staff for these specific charges.

Is polyurethane tougher/better than rubber/plastic?
Polyurethane typically outperforms rubber in areas of abrasion and wear-resistance. Polyurethane is less susceptible to rotting and deterioration than rubber. However, in high-heat (200°F+) environments, rubber may be a preferred choice.

Can my existing cores be resurfaced/retreaded?
Yes. As long as the base core is undamaged, your wheel/roller cores can be recovered multiple times.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer many international shipping options.
